Horrible

Pros

none. This is simply a horrible place to work. Avoid working here. Don't even bother going to an interview.

Cons

This is one of the worst places to work I've ever seen. The inexperienced "team leaders" consistently confuse patronizing and bullying behavior with leadership. Common professional courtesies such as employment verification and references are routinely denied. Sitting at your desk 10 minutes before your shift begins is rewarded with the threat of a "Corrective Action" write up. Avenues of advancement are eternally on the horizon, but never materialize. Any hint of intelligence, free thought or critical scrutiny of policy is quickly labeled as a "bad attitude". Evidence of true leadership is perpetually absent. And finally, to compensate you for your troubles, the base pay and bonus structure are far below average.

Terrible CEO

Pros

I don’t have many, but they always paid on time.

Cons

CEO is an absolutely terrible (absentee) leader. The company recently decided to bring everyone back to the office after previously saying we would stay home indefinitely due to increased productivity. I guess it’s easier managementwise to look at badge access logs than it is to actually know what your staff is doing. Poor leadership here and everyone with options is about to leave and only the scabs with no options will be left. Regretfully the C-Suite won’t care as long as the stock price stays up long enough before they make their exits. If you’ve got options you will absolutely regret your decision to work here. Beware.

Pros

I made some great friends while I worked there. The two week training program was very good. That is all.

Cons

Management is very unprofessional. Treats employees like grade school children. You have to tell them when you are going on break, or to lunch, or even to the bathroom. Demands that you work overtime, micro-manages everything that you do. Expectations are unrealistic. Managers parade around the office with fake niceness, then stay holed up in their offices all day. They say they are there to support the staff, but at the end of the day, they have done nothing to help get through the job but criticize and belittle you. There are team leads who have no experience in this field who deflect your questions to your fellow team members. Management does not handle pressure and has been known to shout at employees who struggle.
