Pros

Work-life balance is great. The people are very creative, innovative and bring a good mix to the office culture. GMR is is expanding their offerings and providing some new and innovative options for clients. Lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

There aren't too many cons to working here. Any job in marketing/advertising will have its ups and downs.

Pros

I was able to gain experiences in many things that I would not have been able to work on if I were in other companies. The insight I gained was monumental in shaping my career development. I feel challenged on a daily basis. The culture of the agency is amazing. You are able to mingle with coworkers, celebrate wins, take much needed mental breaks all within the Barcade. The atmosphere is laid back but you definitely work within a fast paced environment. There is a lot expected of you, but I feel it will challenge you to grow and develop yourself, readying you for any future career you may have.

Cons

Depending on your role, it may be difficult to move up the career ladder. If you work on an account team, you may be asked to travel quite a bit for programs. I think the experiences of the work you do would outweigh the travel, especially if you knew you'd travel coming into the agency.
