Pros

GOLFTEC a fast growing company, and helped millions of golfers improve their game through its data-driven approach to golf instruction. I am excited to be part of the GOLFTEC team. The company annual compensation and bonus to employee's is awesome. It's great to see everyday the department managers helps the AP team in all aspects of managing the Company's accounts payable function.

none, except the Aircraft noise from Centennial Airport

Pros

The Company has activities to provide interacting with all the other co-workers. The Managers are very easy going, no micro-managing, but they do always make the time for you if you need help with any issues. The atmosphere is great with lots of window. Everyone gets along very will. They have putting greens through out the office to take a break, TV's on the walls with Golf programs all day. The office desks are arranged to be on a open floor, but yet it gives you enough privacy you need to work. Allowed to work from home about three days a week. The Company, sometimes provide lunch's and we have a snack room. The employees get to go out on field trips to play golfing or putt putt also with lunches provided. And we get discounts on the golf products for employees.

Cons

You will gain weight working here, from all the food and snacks always available.

Fantastic culture on the cutting edge of golf coaching. Some of the best people I have worked with and for in my career.

Cons

While we have a lot of fun, there is a lot of work and frequently very long hours behind it.
