Company has a decent compensation package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other perks. Salaries are average for their industries as a typical rules. Some locations are reasonably flexible with time off.
Cons
Anyone considering employment should take a hard look at which branch they will be working at as things vary widely from site to site, and how well your site is run is going to be very dependent on the manager. As such the application of company policies towards employees has the tendency to be very subjective. The company is a contracting company, and does not always have the best transparency concerning the contracts - witnessed many layoffs (including entire offices) blind-siding employees who were told that their contracts were being renewed. There is not a lot of room for growth within most contracts unless you are willing to jump within the company to other sites, most management gain their positions, and dig in.
