i love my job. get along with everyone that i work with. love my manager and assistant manager. even get along with the dm... he is a great guy. love meeting and seeing everyone that comes into the store. the regulars are the best. ☺

Cons

having to close the store alone. we can get so much more done when we have two people.

I am a newer employee and have nothing but good things to say about this company! I felt like part of the team since I joined and feel as though there are many opportunities for me to grow my career here. No company is perfect and GPM still has a lot of work to do but they are making the proper changes to be as close to perfect as possible. Changes such as adding Regional Trainer positions to help our field employees to changing the PTO policy to give employees a better work life/balance. There is so much potential and I am glad to be part of the growth.
