This company has a list a mile long of daily expectations: Paperwork, cleaning interior, cleaning exterior, mobile order fulfillment, Waiting on customers, stocking, etc. All of this for minimum wage, working alone, and no breaks. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve held my urine because I couldn’t find a minute between customers. No weekend PTO, no payout. Use it or lose it. Good luck getting it. I’ve worked for this company for a long time, and I have NEVER seen any type of incentive. Not a dime. No raises, unless minimum wage is raised. You’ll make an extra dollar(LOL) to take on a whole boatload of new responsibilities. High upper management refuses to visit the store because it’s “too far away”. We’ve scored 100% on our secret shop, and our audit, yet we got NOTHING. I have to work an entire hour just to be able to afford a box of cereal they sell here. It’s insane. I’ve never felt so unappreciated in my entire life. We are nothing but cattle to this company.

The company keeps acquiring stores instead of fixing the broken things at the current facilities. Everything is budgeted vs sales. But as a region we weren’t hitting our goals so nothing gets fixed. One store of mine got robbed 5 Times in one year. We never made any improvements to prevent it because the store didn’t make money.
