No pros at all since GPM bought pride 2 and a half years ago

Cons

Cheap multimillion dollar company which gives out .30 cent raises after I worked there for 3 years. The overnight differential is more than a real hard working person's raise

Weekly pay, some great co workers, amazing regular customers.

Cons

Very low wages, raises not based on performance or experience, no transparency at all, lack of communication is terrible. I could go on but I think you get the point.
