They came to the United States and I was excited to work with them. However I watched the racism in this organization and was disgusted. The keep an Asian or South Asian in the finance department so they won't seem bigoted. However in a country where Blacks are at the bottom of the social economic ladder you'd figure that they would target these areas. Not only do they avoid doing business with Blacks(men or women) they have made an effort to focus on the immigrant communities instead so they won't seem as racist as they are.

GA circulating that they are helping poor people by giving small loan. they are using this dialogue for collecting donation. They are putting people in trouble and don't care HRA rules that example is me. I have enough proof for this. They are giving loan with high interest to poor people and in future those poor people will face in trouble that happened in Bangladesh.
