- Talented, intelligent and driven coworkers - Opportunities for growth, as the organization has been and will continue to expand - Compensation and benefits, especially for a nonprofit

- Work environment can be stifling, the office space is outdated

- Great mission - Talented and fun people to work with

Cons

- No transparency or communication around promotions or raises. The only way you can get a promotion is through secret negotiations or threatening to leave. - Lots of power struggles among top management which seeps down into the lower ranks. - Inflexible work environment. Working remotely not encouraged. They don't work well with family demands.

Pros

Wonderful mission and program, achieving real results from the program on the ground. The backing and history of success, and the well-known name go a long way in establishing credibility. There is huge potential for the program to be one of the best non-profits.

Cons

Terribly disorganized and badly run - this is felt throughout the company. Extremely low employee moral and extremely high turnover rate. Below-average salaries. Lack of formal training processes for employees, transparency, and check-ins with supervisors lead to inefficiencies and confusion.
