A lot of great people in the entry-level positions; A good place to learn basic skills out of college

Cons

No one is really happy to work here. Upper management puts on a facade that the culture is great, but truly they do not care about their employees and their employees are miserable. Everyone is underpaid, especially when there is an expectation that employees live in South Florida where the cost of living has sky rocketed. Working at GRUBBRR is chaotic, exhausting, and not worth the negative impact it will have on your mental health.

This is frustrating job and management makes it stressful and miserable. Our manager aggressively harasses us to keep up with their targets when it's obviously unreasonable!
