      Pros

      Pay is ok, Medical Benefits are Reasonable, and I like the Job overall.

      Cons

      You do not get paid for after hour events. It's all on volunteer basis. Discount for living at a GSC community is only 15 %.

      Pros

      Great salary, but every penny is hard to get it.

      Cons

      Need more benefits, took many benefits away from employees. No help to pay health insurage, only 15% apts discount, less holiday pay.

      This company sucks! The maintenance supervisors suck ..And don't get me started about some of the property managers!

      Hard working Tech's, and that's about it!

      Cons

      Understaffed ,understocked , Just about all the maintenance supervisors got their job by knowing eachother . Even if you can't read nor write, if you know somebody you have a free check. Alot of buddy systems, they will team up and attack one person. The people that have an important postion have major body order.. I could go on and on.
