      Money isn’t bad to start off but they will low ball you watch out. Don’t have to do turns as a tech,

      Cheap! Not much in raises, Not caring about the employees and property looks good from outside but everything inside is outdated and needs remodel don’t really have company vehicles have to drive personal

      Pros

      I finally feel like I work for a company that has my back. At my previous company, if someone threatened to go to corporate on you, no matter if you were following policy or not, they would never have your back. That is not the case with GSC. Here I feel 100% supported by my team and management. We are just that, a team working together to get the job done. I don't feel like just another number here, I matter and it feels really great.

      Cons

      A few hostile residents from day to day, but I try to see that as a way to learn. Working weekends can be tiring, but that comes with the industry.
