      Pros

      Benefits are okay. Pay is industry standard. If you want a promotion - it's called the 5 year plan. No one gets promoted for 5 years - no matter how good they are at thier position.

      Cons

      They criticize you to death. Then the next agent comes in and gets away with murder. I've heard people answer the phone with "yeah, how can I help you?" REALLY. Management is always talking about team work but always let you know that you can easily be replaced. I had to take off several weeks before looking for my next position because I basically had PTSD from this place.

      Money and benefits okay. Benefits are very expensive.

      Cons

      Management lets you know that you are expendable. They think threats to your position is the way to motivate people. No cooperation, poor training, policy changes with no communication from management. Come work here if you like misery!
