Thank you for recognizing our amazying and professional management team. Our flexible work schedules allow for a balance between work and personal life which of course involves the occasional weekend but rarely if ever a Holiday. Working from home is a benefit that sets GTE Financial apart from the competion and is a win for the employee.

Thank you for taking the time to highlight the positive culture and world class benefits we foster at GTE Financial. Besides our weeks of New Hire Training, our Talent Department conducts continuous ongoing training to educate our employees. We have robust career progression plans, and our employees only have to be in a position for 6 months before they can apply for another role. We are proud of our internal audit dept, and our leaders are constantly reviewing procedures to ensure we are up to date and adjust as necessary.
