      Live close to work and a good place to work at. Everyone is nice and it is a big building.

      Flexible schedule and upper management are open minded and listen to suggestions and concerns. Company growth and job security is awesome.

      Pros

      I really like working at GW! My manager recognizes that I have a life outside of work and is very flexible with scheduling and hybrid work. They trust that I can do my job and I'm not micromanaged, which I appreciate. The benefits are great and everyone is really friendly and gets along with each other. I like that the office is colorful and open and we can wear casual clothes every day!

      Cons

      Company is growing rapidly and there can be gaps between additional work coming in and additional staff being added to the team.
