      Pros

      I have worked here for over a year, it's a great culture with a great group of people to work with. Intelligence and initiative are valued and sought after here. I love the fact that upper management assumes the middle management knows what they are doing and from what I can see all the middle managers are supportive and friendly with their teams.

      I really cannot think of any!
