- Horrific management team - "If you don't like it, there's the door" was said in morning meetings more times than I can count. - Ugly, nasty little break room, never cleaned properly - Penalized for 1 minute late clock ins - No HR support whatsoever - The "Lead" CSR and the other CSR who have the longest tenure are completely unbearable. - Micromanagement to the Nth degree - Depressing atmosphere - Dangerous work - No budget for basic purchase requests - Ignorance of fundamental WH safety like wearing/providing safety-toed boots - Nepotism - Bullying

I currently work there. It's a negative hostile work environment. You might slit your wrists, or cry everyday at the environment. We just lost another CSR. She was good, but she spoke up for herself.
