      A place to stay away from!!

      Pros

      Health insurance, flexible schedule, free coffee and sometimes free food

      Cons

      Very fast paced, must meet quotas or out the door. They went thru at least 100 or more employees in 5 months. Most quit after 3 weeks. Total employees here is around 25. Not an ideal place to work. No consistent pay raises either. If you get one it's 2-3 %

      Great Warehouse If You Work In Right Dept

      Pros

      We're a subcontractor of Honeywell. You stay busy and our Manager is great. He is willing to teach and have you learn so you can be able to do all the duties needed to do the job. Other depts are so lucky and a lot of people are let go because the supervisors aren't willing to teach but only supervise. I've really enjoyed my time here and will never regret it.

      Cons

      The company has an annoying habit of hiring from the outside. Plenty of employees train and learn the lead/supervisor positions but GXO will rather hire someone who knows nothing of the position or company because people "weren't here long enough." So hire someone who hasn't been here at all. Great way to keep employees. Also, we never hear from GXO corporate. It's like it is non-existent. We hear from Honeywell all the time even if it isn't applicable to us.
