Out of country owned company. Don't really k ow the laws of California. Also they like to lie to you so make sure you make copies and make aure you save emails.

Pros? The only pros that GXO has is the staggered shift schedule. So many employees are unhappy and unhealthy because of the conditions they leave us in

Cons

We’ve been waiting for our cost-of-living raise for a year and a half. (We’re working on it) is what they tell us. I’ve been here two years and only got a raise because of my job title change. The environment they had us working in before our new warehouse was crazy. And now you got operation managers sleeping with material handlers. And you got material handler 2 going straight to Supervisor without being a lead. FAVORITISM at it’s finest.
