Working for GXO 1 it's amazing. Everything moves smooth in terms of processess and trainings.

Cons

Working for GXO 2 it's a nightmare. Everything is slow. I had an interview as a Team Leader and it took 1 month for some feedback/next step. Also, management in GXO 2 is quite bad.

pretty down to earth compnay, plenty of opportnity to progess if thast what you wish to do. developmnet within role too

Very admin heavy, system is a bit sparse
