It is extremely refreshing to work in such a friendly environment where making mistakes is not penalized. From the very moment I joined, I felt valued and been taken as a part of a team. It is so great to be able to hold your hand when you make mistake and work with your manager to solve it.

Cons

At the moment I am travelling far so that's a con, also where the company is with their IT cover, old laptop type and slow progress in that direction.
