      Okay short term job, little growth unless you join the club

      Pros

      You get paid, and the health insurance isn't terrible. It's also hard for them to fire people because they are intentionally short staffed.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch with operations and working conditions. Areas are intentionally short staffed.

      None besides the people you work with

      Cons

      They will lay you off without notice every March of each year do this They don't pay well They make you do work that supposed to be for 3 people Mandatory overtime without notice It always slows down with hours

      Company is dying Layoffs in Waves No Auditing of Employees to determine layoff Management Doesnt Care Most budget goes to robotics that dont work. Dropped 50k for a robotic dog to act as a security guard Robot Dog doesnt work and gets lost in the woods Dropped even more on a drone to find the robot dog when it gets lost
