Pros

Ease of work and decent pay for select positions. Generally decent people, knowledgeable and friendly. The free training.

Cons

Toxic culture and environment. Hierarchy obscures reality: leadership prerogative and lip service to values. Unhealthy recognition nurtures and rewards a toxic workplace and culture. A few long-standing toxic gossipers, sneaky, gaslighting, and micro-aggressive employees have a grasp. It's all just fun and games for them. You are being paid, so accept it, adapt, conform, join them, or move on. Any issues and concerns are deemed nonactionable, making you the problem. Not a place for assertive and confident independent thinkers, but if you are a lemming, go ahead and apply.

Great hours, benefits, 401k, perks at work comes in handy

Cons

Management cannot comprehend critical situations. PTO accrual is horrible and needs improvement. Depending on your current manager, career advancement is possible.
