Pros

Absolutely nothing. There were zero redeeming qualities about this job.

Cons

- Horrific management team - "If you don't like it, there's the door" was said in morning meetings more times than I can count. - Ugly, nasty little break room, never cleaned properly - Penalized for 1 minute late clock ins - No HR support whatsoever - The "Lead" CSR and the other CSR who have the longest tenure are completely unbearable. - Micromanagement to the Nth degree - Depressing atmosphere - Dangerous work - No budget for basic purchase requests - Ignorance of fundamental WH safety like wearing/providing safety-toed boots - Nepotism - Bullying

Pros

Met a lot of good people working here that are willing to help & mentor newcomers.

Cons

Huge disconnects between teams causing a lot of confusion over the delegation of responsibilities. Leads to an enormous amount of unnecessary stress which triggers plenty of “blame game” situations. Really damaging everyone’s morale. Unfortunately people are too intimidated (or indifferent) to raise their concerns to the appropriate parties and recommend alternatives to the current system.

Pros

High money value. Products of high value are treated as such. Very good quality production line. Very high quality standards for getting products out the door at a tremendous volume. Security is the number one personal employee value. They value assets and those who understand to take care of policies as number one concern.

Cons

Managers are personable but don't care other than the trending bottom line. Whatever is the highest consensus is the only priority. During other times "we know" was unknown what is was that is consensus policy. They did see through a lot of Malarky that is going around in warehousing but have an attitude of dismissal (unjustly to misappropriately). Peak pay and incentive pay is not available that had been for the last two years to the current employees. They seemed to be putting out mass quantities of high priced items and easily could afford profit sharing with employees which is becoming a standard practice with high revenue generating business warehouses.
