I went through a 3 stage interview process recently for the position of QHSE manager and found the interview and recruitment process to be the most professional experience of my career YTD, I was informed of progress after every stage of the interview by Melanie the recruitment specialist very promptly in a very professional manner.

-. Decent hourly rate, however that is an anomaly for this company as the site is rural and had to compete with other better paying local companies. -. Decent working hours and 1 hour break with 30 minutes paid.

Cons

-. No progression depsite being constantly promised progression -. Constantly lie about the future of contracts on site - Made redundant twice within 9 months!
