Thank you for your review and 9 years + service. We are a customer led business and we are providing a service where we need to meet their needs. The 4 on 4 off shift patterns do have long hours, have you spoken with your line manager or HR teams to explore other options if these are not suitable for you? Depending on the site we can offer a variety of working arrangements to suit our colleagues needs.
