We'd advise you to speak to your line manager, there are often other areas/responsibilities that you can be trained up on. The HR team can also support you with your rota, work life balance is important to us!

      I work at a great site and part of a great team. company and site is committed to development of employees and is very inclusive.

      Pension offering could be much better but that's really it
