      Pros

      There is a lot of challenges and potential carrier paths with possibility to grow in them, very corporate HR model and many interesting projects, one of global leaders.

      Cons

      Limited return on the invested time, work / life balance will be exploited in favour of the company if allowed, a lot of corporate politics and games, no straight forward approach and communication is lacking in the organisation, a specially if it comes to the change.
