      Excellent business culture with a family feel despite the size of the company Real focus on developing people and innovating new ways of working Good annual leave policy with option to buy more days No two days ever the same - it never gets boring

      Cons

      Sometimes the business can move at quite a fast pace and change direction which isn't for everyone

      Maybe the salary and a bit of experience .

      Cons

      *The colleagues and team leaders were speaking Spanish in front of the English speaking colleagues! *Team leaders spoke broken English, which made it very difficult to communicate and get the work done efficiently! *No 1:1 meetings with your direct manager to follow up on personal growth, wellbeing, or personal development. There is no place for feedback, either to the direct manager or HR!

      High Stress Levels: Working in logistics can be extremely stressful due to the fast-paced nature of the job, tight deadlines and a need for problem-solving. Physical Demands: People working in the logistics industry have to do a lot of physical work, including lifting, carrying heavy packages.
