      Pros

      Lots of exposure to the company and different contracts which provides a vast variety of roles to work within. Site level managers have lots of experience and knowledge. Offer great qualifications that can really help develop your career.

      Cons

      Central functions and learning and development teams could be more organised and improve communication between site level and head office. More support from the Graduate team could also be provided. You also do not get told your next placement in advance, so moving can be quite last minute and stressful.

      There are great opportunities for exposure to the wider business & different business functions Strong network of mentors/experienced employees to learn from & an excellent range of courses/qualifications for continuous development.

      Cons

      Really disorganised, the site managers had no clear plan for my placement structure/development. Moving every 8 months can be stressful.

      Rotating shift work is required (role dependent) due to the 24/7 nature of the operations.
