      Pros

      People focused company, driven by a culture of development and internal progression. GXO is a really exciting new organisation with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and innovative approach to Supply Chain.

      Cons

      No real cons - I have worked for the business for a long-time. It has a superb leadership team and great people. I cannot see myself working anywhere else.

      Pros

      Being on the grad programme gives you lots of opportunities to make important contacts to further your career. You get to experience lots of different areas of the business and there has always been great mentorship and support. Senior management make time to help you learn and progress & I feel the company wants you to have a full and varied career with them.

      Cons

      Occasionally communication can be improved within the business at both a site and senior level.
