Pros

Level of importance given to employees by CEO. Culture and benefits.

Cons

Some teams doesn’t even care to follow the company’s culture. I’ve seen this in NXT Upgrades team. Lot of irrelevant process being forced upon the team which doesn’t make any sense. NXT Upgrades leadership both in US and India don’t even think about the resources and they just fight with other leaders to satisfy their ego. Upgrades team started with open minded people who are open to receive feedback and now the team is ending like a battlefield after the war with egoistic leaders who sideline people if any feedback is given and with employees leaving the company because of these leaders.

No KT, discouraging manager, Manager comparing salaries of employees to demotivate, Manager saying that he do not trust employee, on employee's face.

Pros

no matter how bad the situation is, this company doesn't shy away from spending huge money on events and gifts. They probably should introduce an exit t-shirt too. events committee is excellent, they knew the best practises on how to spend 10 rupees in place of 2 rupees. they even travel USA to understand how to organize an expensive event, they even celebrate the success of event manager that made you spend 5x.

Cons

there are still a few good people left in this company hoping they can revive the situation
