      Pros

      I love my team and I think overall it's a very positive culture. Right now it's definitely "heads down" time across the company but I still feel like everyone is approachable. Generous benefits. I also appreciate being trusted to do my job well and not being micromanaged. I've recommended Gainsight to many job seekers.

      Cons

      There have been numerous recent changes to the company’s leadership and products, and both communication and managing these changes can be improved upon. I think with a new CEO, there is a bit of a culture shift (not good or bad) that is still being figured out. I feel like Gainsight is at an awkward teenage stage

      Remote Strong Brand Good people

      Cons

      CRO is absolutely awful. Emotionally makes decisions and fires people within days. Can’t put a comp plan together to save her life. Shredding the culture from the inside out. Keeps weak leadership around. Don’t get on her bad side or you’re out.

      I can tell this feedback comes from a place of frustration. Leadership transitions are never easy, and I understand how they can create uncertainty.
