Pros

The company pioneered the customer success movement and used to have a lot of talented people.

Cons

This is discussed by everyone but leadership is lacking. The CCO has only held pre-sales roles as a technical solutions consultant, and not appropriate for the position. It’s disappointing to see ineffective leaders rise simply because of their relationships with the C suite.

Pros

-"Human-first" isn't just a brand, it's at the core of every decision made here -A truly "flat company", executives are involved and present, even with ICs -Transparency is unlike anywhere I've worked before -Many opportunities to get involved in thought leadership with CS industry -Professional development opportunity is abundant -Monthly recharge holidays, flexible PTO, great healthcare offering

Cons

-CSM workload can be overwhelming -Salary increases need to be revisited before we lose top talent due to pay -Enablement is very much self-led, as is the case with most startups -Keeping up with changes across our product offering has been a challenge
