      Pros

      The company has an ethos of being winning in business by being human first. It's real. Folks are authentic and as down to earth as you'll find anywhere. We all have egos, but so far my experience is that those get checked at the door and that's being led and starts with, the C-suite here. Really good human beings.

      Cons

      Like every SaaS company on the planet, the last few years have been tough and there have been cuts. If you've worked in tech you realize no one has been immune and trying to find our growth footing is the challenge at hand. Par for the course if you work in tech.
