The leadership is very transparent and genuine on being able to elevate teams to stretch to new levels. This in turn allows us to take a deeper look at our line of business and push us to think differently. What was working before is not working now and it is on us to be able to change that story. Leadership is usually confronted with blow back for the decisions they make and I truly feel it is not fair. They are doing the best that they can to continue being the leader in the market.
