The Company will not buy proper equipment for their employees and does not take care of the equipment they have. When I first started the laptop I was given had food crumbs in it (Red Flag) and it was so difficult working with IT to update the computer I returned it to them. A number of employees ring in their own personal equipment because they cannot get GalaxE to purchase what they need to do their jobs well. The company tries to get by paying as little as possible for everything, even as far as not paying for industry standard software lisences that are $12.00 a month. The company will slap a Senior Engineer title on anyone with a few years of experience so they can charge more for them regardless of that individuals current knowledge in the field of software development.

Where to start... They pick favorites. Period. If you do not have a connection to someone there, expect to fend for yourself. Handouts are a common things at this place and you will notice that there is a particular pick of the bunch who receives hand outs. They makes DOZENS of promises that cannot be kept regarding money. Barely any potential at all to grow. HIGH turn-over They say they're "creating more jobs in Detroit" but honestly, they are LIVING off the backs of H1B's You will not be missed, you are replaceable, and you are just a warm body there to be a producing machine. They make that VERY clear. There's just 0 appreciation. Management is a complete joke. I have no idea how anyone who works there is even in the position they are in.
