This company is filled with liars.
* 401k match is advertised as fifty cents on the dollar...they never pay.
* Medical benefits change without notice. Deductible went from $500 to $2500 without notice
* You must be a big drinker to get ahead, there are no events without liquor involved. If you choose not to participate then you are frowned upon big time. To the point of being excluded from conversations.
* No one is ever in the Detroit office unless there is a free lunch offered. Monday's are great, everyone is there for an hour, tons of money spent on lunch and learn, so much learning??? People even come in and take food for the whole week.
* There is no growth or career paths for people unless you are one of the chosen few.
* Diversity? None. If you are over 50 don't even bother.
* If you work in Detroit your salary and location are ALWAYS an issue. You make too much money, you don't work in Jersey. Your job is in jeopardy every single day because its so much cheaper offshore.
* Everything is an emergency created by someone in upper management (PM's) who has not done their job. Always, Always rushing to cover up messes created by someone else not doing their job
