Pros

Its better than no job but do not plan on staying here long. Read the reviews, contact via other means current and former employees regarding their insight. Its pretty much a shell right now and if you expect a structure or flow of any sorts, forget it. Well apparently Glass door makes you give at least one star so Glassdoor you set your system up well...maybe you hired GalaxESolutions to do your systems

Cons

They continuously finds ways to cheat paying employee bonuses, overtime etc. Don't get blinded by some compensation offer that breaks down to probably getting less than working a fast food place. You will work LONG hours be denied paid leave that you have. Trust probably just the Chief Security Guy and those who work for him.

Toxic environment - Stay away

Pros

Pay scale better than the market. Allow working remote.

Cons

Forget your personal life. Be ready to work long hours with no OT. Technical people run the business here e.g. Java Developers are Directors. This organization exploded with a big bang, at that point the lowest tier with no business acumen got promoted . They run the show now. Senior management doesn't care enough to look in to what is going on at lower levels. Also, their is high level of favoritism here, if you are not your managers pet forget about your vacation being approved. Rules and regulations apply on management discretion, don't expect any honest treatment. This company let go a lot of really intelligent & hard working people and being honest no hard working employee will last here. You should be good at playing mind games to succeed. I have been with this company for more than 3 years now and am tired of the lies and false claims at all levels. I can go on an on about all the dirt I have, but a bottom line advise "do not join this place if you value your family or loved ones, coz after a while it starts reflecting on their faces too."
