Business Outlook
Pros
- They're a growing company (if you count mindless hiring of ppl to replace the one's leaving as "growing"), so you may get decent experience depending on the project you get put on.
Cons
- This company is a 100% Body Shop. No regard to its employees or turnover rate. - Very cheap on Holidays (don't get the Friday after Thxgiving off) and Expenses. Cares about the bottom line and that's it. I doubt they will be around for more than 3 years if they keep going like this. - Not much talent. With their culture & policy, how can they attract any talent?
