      I recently went through the interview process at Galderma, and it was a really positive experience. The process was well-structured, so I always knew what to expect, which made it feel smooth and organised. The interviews felt like a natural conversation rather than just a Q&A, and it was clear that the hiring managers were well-prepared and invested in finding the right fit.

      Going through the interview process at Galderma was a great experience, but it was definitely thorough. The multiple interview rounds gave me the chance to meet different team members and really understand the company, though at times it felt quite extensive.       Professional, transparent, and straightforward / standard interview process. Was great to talk to the panelists to get a better understanding of the role I was interviewing for and the culture. Felt very good after the interview process that Galderma would be the place where I wanted to be... Also, HR was great to work with - very supportive and always available to answer any questions.

      Cons

      The whole interview process from applying to getting an offer still took about 2 months.
