Really good benefits, lots of flexibility with schedule and work from home options

Cons

Always changing leadership, systems and structure. Best to try to keep your head down and avoid the noise above you. A lot of talk about lateral and upward movement but in practice hard to do since everyone is always short staffed and backfilling empty roles takes months
