Paid Time Off Days are decent.

Cons

This company is unorganized and there is no consistency throughout the company. The onboard training and training through outside service source is very poor, Positions are not replaced when someone leaves and work is divided among employees, No raises or bonuses given.

Super friendly peers, deep into mentoring, strong team dynamic..

Cons

Super outdated employee benefits program, non sales employees are punished with no raises and/or replacements in their department (therefore overworked) when the sales people on their teams are unproductive. Many people I knew didn't get raises for over 5 years unless the got a promotion. Sales employees are favored over everyone else. Continuing education and tuition reimbursement is listed as employee benefits but actually getting to use them is rare. Technology is also very outdated and formal training and onboarding is lacking.
