Loved the patients and some staff. Ability to make own schedule

The amount of charting and mandatory assigned visits . leaves no room for work/life balance unless you have no children/life is work. Expect to chart at home. Bonuses were very far and few, only a handful of nurses get 5 star Bonus No retention Bonus Gossip among company to not ask about Bonuses or pay increase or else face termination. Pressured to see patients urgently and bribed with gift cards, even when you've expressed overwhelm. Very few employees of color
