The best reason to work for Gallagher is the clients

Cons

No pay raises even when promised in interviews. Management loves you if you have no life and will work nonstop and anywhere. Once you start saying no to overtime look out! It gets worse when you report wrong doing. Keep your mouth shut and collect your paycheck
