I have found no life/work balance. The company does nothing on this matter. Each adjuster has 160 active claims. The company does not hire enough people. Average work day are 10-12 hour

Its completely remote so you don't have to worry about office environment.

Cons

There is no opportunity for growth. The supervisors are not helpful. I was told by a supervisor we all have our own work load to look after when asked for help and guidance.
