Remote work is the is good.

Cons

You will be swarmed with an unrealistic caseload wich typically will be between 170 to 200 cases. I had cases up to 210. You will be told they will work to reduce the caseload but don't believe it. Incredible turnover due to this matter. Recruiters also know working here is not good and says a lot!

Remote work is available for most employees.

Cons

The workload is entirely too much. They will tell you they will keep you around 100 claims and that is a lie. I had 175 claims at one point. They also micromanage like it’s going out of style. I would work night and weekends to just keep my head above water. I went to management with my concerns about the workload and was basically told to suck it up. Absolutely the worst company I have worked for and I would never return.

Little to no communication filters down to the staff. Too many redondencies. Too many layers of management, all trying to justify their existence The employee stands alone. Asinine policies and procedures like "ROSCO." So-called auditors who do not know anything about claims
