Pros

Hours of 8-5 are good. Good friends made.

Cons

Everything else, low pay, unorgainized mess of a company. The front of house is not really needed when they do the bulk of the business online. They layoff/fire people that have put in time for budget cuts.

Pros

Flexible Schedule Good PTO after being with the company for a few years

Cons

All about the numbers and NOT about the people. Galls is trying to GROW as quickly as possible to become a Billion dollar company. The problem is that the Leadership has fallen victim to not growing the workforce in order to achieve that goal. Executive leadership has constantly re-structured the internal components of the company, and has not found the right set up. These changes have made the workload on current employees grow 100x over the last few years, and expectations of the employees have grown the same, but with no additional resources to be seen. There is a constant slogan around the company of "I'm Surviving, or I'm Swamped". Leadership will get asked the question of how we can expect to fix an involving lack of resources and the answer is always "We need to be creative" and nothing ever changes or solutions provided from leadership that fall under the "be creative" mindset. There is a strong pass the buck mentality from Leadership and always trying to find someone to blame rather then the poor systems that are the root cause of these issues. Galls leadership needs to humble themselves and realize that just because they claim to be the largest in the industry, that it means they can get away with whatever they want and treat people so poorly
