Pros

There are a lot of free lunches. The accounts that you work with are the only great thing about this company.

Cons

Management doesn't respect their employees. You are seen as just another number. It is a very sexist environment and raises are minimal. They say they match 401k but that's not true. It is one of the most negative environments I have ever worked in and goals are unrealistic as well as the commission structure. They also want to make the customers think they care but in reality the service from most of the RAE's is minimal to none. This place is really a joke and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy to work at.

Pros

It's a great job if you enjoy giving your customers bad news everyday.

Cons

Lots of turnover & takes a very long time to replace anyone--training & computer system aren't designed around actual day to day needs.
