Pros
I truly feel valued as an employee at Galls. We employees are held accountable and sometimes that can really tick off the underperformers, but as someone who works my tail off, I appreciate that upper management doesn’t allow the low performers to hang around and drag us down.
Cons
Really none I can think of. I guess staffing. Middle management has to beg for every position, especially staff positions. Management should show a little bit of trust when we ask for people to get the mountains of work done.
